Project Manager

Position Description: Project Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis and Detailed Design Elaboration for construction phase
  • Procurement of all equipment and materials involved in the project
  • Sub-contractions management
  • Elaboration of project time schedule, updating & reviewing
  • Site works organization & supervision
  • Project cost and time effective management, on truck with initial budget and agreed deadlines
  • Effective communication with all parts involed in the project (customer, consultants, third parts, suppliers, sub-contractors)


Candidate Requirements:

  • MEng in Mechanical Engineering above 7,5 for NTUA degree or above 2:1 for UK
  • Master Degree and/or PMP Qualification
  • At least 5 years of previous working experience in engineering projects management
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D,  and good knowledge of AutoCAD 3D – MEP or Revit.
  • Excellent use of English language (written and verbal) & Computer literate
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Competent Cumminication Abilities
  • Problem Solver
  • Proactive, Practical thinker & Focused on Results
